2. Service Offerings
2.1 Executive Training and Business Coaching Services
Alverin provides live and virtual coaching sessions, workshops, and strategy labs. These services are bespoke and scheduled upon payment confirmation.
2.2 Information Products
Digital materials such as e-manuals, guides, and on-demand courses. Access is granted immediately after payment.
2.3 Goods
Physical items such as workbooks and printed resources shipped to the address provided at purchase.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any service or delivery of any product. Accepted methods will be detailed at checkout.
4. Cancellations and Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Services: Clients may cancel or request a new schedule at least 7 calendar days prior to the session without any fee. Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for reimbursement but may be transferred to another date upon availability.
4.2 Information Products: Eligible for a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase if no download or access has been initiated. After access, no reimbursement is possible.
4.3 Goods: Unopened items may be sent back within 30 calendar days of delivery. Clients must cover shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, a reimbursement will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Non-Reimbursable Services
Certain bespoke one-on-one coaching programs, mastermind groups, and live events require significant preparation and resource allocation. These services are explicitly non-reimbursable but may be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice.
6. Rescheduling
Changes to service dates are allowed at no cost when requested at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date. Requests made later may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated. To amend your schedule, please use our contact form.
7. Limitations of Liability
Alverin strives to deliver high quality services but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Liability is limited to fees paid for the related service.
8. Changes to Terms
Alverin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on alverin.digital. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
